Danish Society for Virology

Established in 1991 to serve as a forum for all virologists in Denmark the Society organises meetings, establishes scientific networks and forms a contact point with national and international authorities. The Society is affiliated with the Danish Microbiological Society.

At present the membership counts more than 100 post-graduate scientists in the public as well as the private sector. The president and the board are elected for two years by the general assembly of the Society.
